Who Do I Work With?

I work with women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally drained—especially empaths who have experienced narcissistic abuse, chronic stress, or childhood trauma. If you're constantly giving to others, but feel like you're running on empty, You Are Not Alone and do not have to stay stuck in survival mode. We can get you back to your true authenic essesnce and back in healthy relationships and healthy boundaries.

Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, heartbreak or the deep desire to break generational cycles, my space is one of non-judgment, spiritual grounding, empathy and compassion.

What to Expect?

Our sessions are tailored to you. I guide & faciliate the healing modalitie(s) best suited for you, such as Reiki, Therapeutic Hypnosis, Intuitive Coaching, Chakra Balancing, Breathwork, Meditation, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

We’ll begin with a short check-in to see what you’re carrying and what your body and energy are asking for that day. From there, I intuitively guide the session based on your needs. Sometimes that looks like deep energetic clearing. Other times, I guide you through hypnosis to shift and clear unconscious patterns, or focus on nervous system regulation through breath and movement.

Each session is a sacred, safe space for you to release, receive, and reconnect. I am your trained faciliator and all modalities are your own self-healing with my intuitive guidance. No pressure to be anything other than exactly who you! Let me help you find that again.

Why I Do This Work?

My life-long healing journey, as I have been feeling things and knowing things since a small child, as this professional journey happened because it's immensely personal.

I’ve lived through a multitude of deep traumas, grief, and emotional isolation. I also know what it feels like to recover from narcissitic abuse, be dismissed, gaslit, bullied and made to feel that I'm "too much" or “too sensitive.” I also know what it feels like to finally start healing, to feel hope, clarity, and peace again.

I am here to offer the support, guidance, healing and tools, that I wished I had been given. I want to remind you that you're not broken or unfixable! I'm here to help you come home to yourself...your true authentic self that is loved and is love!
